Join us in Creelman Hall, on the University of Guelph campus, for an evening of food, drink, socializing, and a presentation by keynote guest speaker Dr. Andrew Samis, Queen’s University, Belleville, Ontario. Dr. Samis is a human physician with expertise in cardiovascular health and will talk about the history of the myth that saturated fat (including butter) is bad for you.
Doors to the Hall will open at 5:30 p.m. Dairy Farmers of Ontario will host hors d’oeuvres featuring a variety of fine Ontario cheeses. Dinner to be served at 6:30 p.m., with the keynote speaker to follow.
Pre-registration is required.
Banquet registration fee includes hors d’oeuvres, a plated sit-down meal, one complimentary drink ticket, and guest speaker presentation. Cash bar will be available.
