A full day of speaker presentations beginning with registration and coffee at 8:00 a.m. The program will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. with a “Social Hour” to follow featuring Ontario cheeses and drinks.
This speaker program will be held in Rozanski Room #101 in Rozanski Hall on the University of Guelph campus and will feature eight speaker session ranging from milk quality to antimicrobial use.
Pre-registration is required.
An exhibit area will be set-up in the Rozanski Atrium where you can visit sponsor exhibits during refreshment breaks and lunch.
“Early Bird” Registration Fee: $150 (Cdn $)
After June 12: $185 (Cdn $)
Speaker program registration fee includes: one copy of printed proceedings, name badge, refreshments, lunch, ice cream bar, wine and cheese social (one complimentary drink, then cash bar).
